As some of you may know that Epichem Pty Ltd (ACN 106 769 902) was placed into liquidation on the 31st July 2023 quite suddenly and, despite huge support from the scientific community, saving it was virtually impossible.
However, we are pleased to announce that a new company, Epichemistry Pty Limited (ACN 670 849 377), has been formed and has acquired some of the assets and staff from its predecessor. In particular, we have acquired all brand elements, including business name, trademarks, domain names, etc, and so will continue trading as Epichem. Dr James Rixson will continue on as General Manager.
We would like to thank our clients, suppliers, local government and the chemical and scientific communities for the overwhelming support they have given Epichem and our staff over the past few months. Your support has truly blown us away and given us the courage to revive Epichem.
