In 2019, Epichem was recognised as one of the top PhD employers in Australia’s SME medical services and technology sector. This is a monumental achievement as it speaks to the very heart of Epichem and its founding principles.

Opportunities typically arise for synthetic organic chemists who bring varying levels of expertise and experience to Epichem. Positions include; Associate Chemist, Chemist, Senior Chemist and Principal Chemist. We also employ analytical chemists and organometallic chemists, and maintain specialty positions in medicinal chemistry.

We also offer university students engaging and industry-relevant learning experiences, work placements and mentorship opportunities alongside our expert team at our state of the art laboratory. We support a range of student scholarships and academic prizes at local universities.
